MBS is no longer managing this property. It is now managed by Greystar and they are doing a fabulous job. Very friendly and all of my requests have been handled in a timely manner. They even call me at work to verify that my work order was completed. I love it here and plan to be here until I buy a house. Great floor plans, garages, and closet space.

Sounds like self promotion. Water leak still not fixed. No pool furniture and summer is virtually over. New management same [lack of]service.

You have to give the new mgmt SOME credit! They are having to clean up a HUGE mess! You can see things changing around here in a positive manner.
