Awful. Too many homes built on too little space. Not enough room to get into a garage. The parking is far from adequate. The construction is sad and substandard. Everything broke, toilet, garbage disposal garage door. The office staff is distracted and disinterested. If you don't renew a lease, they tend to get most vengeful.
Also, you are pressured to do business with Green Mountain Energy, a cluster. And you have to get AT&T for cable, but it isn't cable, it's a screwed up hybrid of AT&T/Dish network that frequently fails. Tremendously overpriced!
Don't even think about this disaster!!
