Move In?s Great~ Move Out?s HELL

Come visit the Highlands of Preston, and you?ll be wooed and wowed. Stay and enjoy the atmosphere and the people they will treat you okay as a tenant. But if you don?t want any trouble from management, plan to stay forever.
The friendly smile that enticed you to sign on the dotted line will become a breeding ground of deceit. That?s why you should keep copies of everything otherwise you?ll find your contracts altered. Take pictures of your apartment when you move in and when you move out otherwise mysterious filth will appear. And it's pointless to schedule a walk-through because you're the only one who will be there the property manager will all of a sudden have prior engagements and will not be able to show you the 'mess' she claims you left. As long as they?re getting your money they?re fine, but when you decide to move on, they will try to turn your world upside down in a futile attempt to keep you. It?s just not worth it.
The maintenance staff, however, is WONDERFUL! They do the best they can with a property that has deteriorated with years resulting in leaky pipes and poorly insulated apartments (and high electricity bills).
Just be cautious as you seek a place to call home and that goes with any rental location.
