Love it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I recently found Highlands of Preston through a co worker. I have only lived here a short while, but simply love it. The staff is overly accommdating. As I travel for work they have always offered to check on my cat and water my plants.They always delivery my packages to my apartment. The grounds are always very clean and I always see the staff walking around cleaning and making improvements. I would recommend Highlands to anyone searching for a new home.
