After living here for a year, we could not bear renewing our lease. We are very eager to move. This complex isn't that bad, if you don't mind your car being broken into and your radio stolen. When we moved here last year the complex was full of great residents, but over the last year many have left only to be replaced by trashy losers, who have their horrible friends over at all hours taking up all the parking spaces. The complex itself is not keep up very well, the maintance has really been a problem because the complex is split in two and the other management team seems to be replacing shotty fences and the like while this complex does nothing but replace appliances in the apartments. Which is the only thing they do! You can drive past everyday and see 5 or 6 huge boxes outside--new appliances! The apartments themselves aren't that bad. They are in need of updating and they don't do that good of a job cleaning them prior to move in. There are only two guys on the mant. team and they are both very nice and work quickly when doing repairs. The apartments are very small and badly laid out. The management team is really nice---until you decide to move, after they know you aren't renewing your lease they are pretty rude.
