I lived in these apartments from 08/04-03/05. I was suppose to live there a year, but I ended up having to move because my hours at work were cut and I wasn't able to afford my apartment. When I told the office I had to break my lease- they weren't very nice or understanding. My neighbor upstairs was pretty noisy. I also just got a bill for pet damages after I cleaned that apartment before I moved out-IT WAS SPOTLESS! They tried to bully me into staying saying that they haven't been able to fill the apartments and of course I would have to pay rent if the apartment wasn't occupied,etc. And this is after I told them I couldn't even afford the rent I had. So do think twice before renting with them- they are VERY nice to begin with, but once you sign their contract its a different story.

sounds like the tenant is in the wrong after all they where under the contract that they agreed to.
