Good but needs Improvement

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Our complain is the gym, the treadmill does not work..it stops after walking for 5 minutes ( it short circuits) and then none of the machines will work in the gym including the TV..this has been told to the management many times but they dont seem to get it. I wish they were more sensitive to our complaints.
