Dont trust them

Maintanace can be good or bad, sometimes they are responsive other times they never get around to it. The biggest complaint I have is that the management can be pretty cool, at likewise they will be all nice and give you "deals" to stick around - although what they do not tell you, even when you ask about it, is that you will "OWE" all those specials back to them if you need to break the lease and go somewhere else, for what ever reason - and they also require a 60 day notice instead of the typical 30 day.
Basically, they will do what ever they can to keep you if you are a good tenant but then rape you if you have to leave.
