The six months we've lived in the apartments have been great.

Maintenance is wonderful. We had a screw up with Gexa and they turned off our electricity. Maintenance was going by and saw my wife visibly upset, and when she told him what happened, he came and moved all our food that could spoil from the freezer into an empty apartment. Going above and beyond, he didn't even have to do that. They've fixed multiple little issues in a very timely manner. Our dishwasher didn't work and they replaced it within days. Then that one leaked and they were back within the day to fix the problem.

Rent payment is lenient, since you have till the 3rd to get it in. No late fees were charged when we didn't get our water payment in on time.

When we moved in, the manangement informed us there were a few small stains on the carpet from the previous owner, and they had just installed new carpet before him, so we signed a waiver releasing any liability from damage to the carpet, so that won't be factored in when we move out. That was great.

The apartments are really nice, pool is clean, workout area is good. Noise isn't much of an issue, good insulation. Our electric is 85-100 a month for 1 bedroom, dunno if that's good or bad, but it may have to do with the company we're using and rising texas energy costs. Gexa does give a break on the deposit to residents, though.

Only issues I see are sometimes it's hard to find a second parking spot and you have to walk a little bit. And I wish there were more mail locations instead of having to go to the front of the complex to get the mail.

They have been renovating empty apartments and keep the parking lots clean and paved, recently did some work in different parking areas and it didn't take long at all. They are actively trying to keep the apartments up to date and keep the complex in good shape.

We've only had 1 cockroach get in the front door one day, otherwise, no bug problems.

The location is great, so near everything, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters.

I've never heard of or seen any problems with breakins or theft on the lot. It's in a good area and no problem neighbors. Some of the staff seems fresh, so they don't always have the answers, but they try, and you can normally call back and find the right answers to your questions.
