I lived at HOP for 5 years and only moved because my job moved 35 miles away and I wanted to be closer to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and loved my loft style upstairs apartment. Not too many of this style of apartments around. I see other posts stating not to move here because of bad management. The management is good to you if you are good to them. The only reason I could see them not being so good is if you are not a good tenant, don't pay your rent on time, complaints from other neighbors, etc... Otherwise, they are very personable and try their best to provide good service. The rent is very fair for the location...I think, anyway. I made friends with a few neighbors who also have been tenants for several years and as far as I know, they will remain tenants for some time to come. If you are a good tenant, do not hesitate to check this place out. I recommend it.
