I moved in to stay here for along time in June 2007 and they told me they were going to only update the apts. next door. Now there doing construction everywhere,Its a mess and noisey. They told me I had till Sept. before they would do aaaaaaaany construction on my apt. now they changed it and there doing it on the patio and changing out the window and doing the out side of the building. There not giving any discount to us,tenants to move in house and with what we have to go through and pay for our own move ,they should give us some discount. I'm not asking for new windows,so they shouldn't change them till I move,It doesn't say anything in my lease they can come in and do that unless I request a maint. request due to breakage. It will be cheaper for me to move elswhere,They are loosing alot of good tenants.there not making them bigger,just newer stuff,not worth that much increase in rent.I would love to stay in my apt. like it is,but I can't,but the price in crease is too much when you can get a bigger apt. and nicer,gated and free move to move elswhere.I'm disabled and just can't pick up and move,it's alot of stress around here that I didn't ask for.There's poor lighting around the ground's and even on the apt. sign.

I completly agree! I moved here around the same time and I thought I could stay here a while so I wouldn't have to keep moving my son around. They tried to change my windows and I fought them on it. They eventually scheduled a time to change the windows. Turned out it was only one! Couldn't that have waited until I moved out?????? STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
