I live here, and the manager is a friend of a friend of mine, and I overheard them talking about getting their friends and family to make fake positive reviews, to boost the overall ratings of the apartment complex.

Is it true that the place is being remodeled and people are having to move, even those people who have lived in the complex forever? I heard they were making people move.

Yes, it is true. They will move you into an already remodeled unit (at a higher rent, of course), or you can move to a different complex. Either way, you have to move.
