When we signed our lease 5 months ago the apartments told us that no construction would happen until after we moved out. They started construction anyway. On 3 different occassions I have had to call the apartments to get them to come out and get them off of my satelite. There is physical damage to my satelite and they are claiming no responsibilty. Also next week they are coming in for 8 hours to change out our windows. I am a stay at home mom and this is just a complete invasion of privacy. They start construction no later than 8am and are still banging until 7 that night. There is never any parking anymore and they have cut down many of the trees we used to enjoy for shade. My son can't even take a nap during the day because they are banging so hard. My balcony has nails and sheet rock all over it and they have not once come by to clean it up...
