When I moved here a year ago, I signed a year lease and it was an amazing place. Six months ago I was forced to sign an additional 6 months because there was "something wrong with the paperwork". Apparently they messed up on the lease and it was only for 6 months not a year. (I have my reversations on that!) They have started a complete remodel when I was told that my apartment had already been done.

The workers are rude and loud working at all hours of the day and even weekends. They leave their trash and materials all over the place. They've taken all the good visitor parking spots for their crap. And it seems like they are letting anyone move in. My downstairs neighbors moved out after 8 years here! I have seen 3 adults and at least 4 kids living in the apartment now. It's only a 2 bedroom! Aren't there laws against that'

I've never had a problem with any utilities untill they started the remodel. Now My electricity flickers constantly and the cable has gone out in the two bedrooms. I've called the companies and they've told me that the problem is in the building not their lines. I've been waiting for a few weeks to have somone contact me from the office. They tell you they'll pass the information, but you know they never do. The just tell you what you want to hear so they can get you out of the office so you won't upset the possible tennents.
