Now I almost gave up and just wait for the end of my lease.

Needless to say on the bad maintenance, they didn't keep a promise they made when I started my lease. They promised to build covered parking for some apartments not currently having any. It has been a few months since I moved in, but it seems that they completely forgot about building covered parking.

When I signed my lease and got the key, the apartment was not ready to move in. After all the work for the renovation, they didn't clean the apartment throughly. The floor carpet seemed to be never cleaned after they installed it. Inside the AC vents, there were full of paint dust, so I had to see dust coming out from the AC vents when I turned the AC on. I asked to fix these, but nothing has been fixed in a right way!

Now I am really worrying about the safety of the apartment. I was shocked to see the hole on the wall as the picture in the previous posting written by another guy. In fact, I hear strange sound on my wall when the wind is heavily blowing, and asked the office to check for it. They did come, since I got a maintenance slip. However, it seemed that the maintenance guy had been in my apartment only for 5 minutes for some other fix (the maintenance slip said so), and he just marked "okay" for the wall problem.
