We moved into a brand new building at the end of February of this year. There is a great deal of construction noise, mess and a never-ending series of huge trucks blocking the driveways. Ants have been a constant problem since we moved in and they have not responded to our requests to have the matter resolved. Yesterday while we were walking our dogs, we noticed that there is apparently raw sewage bubbling up from an open pipe in the flower bed. Truly a disgusting sight given the used toilet paper and human feces now lying on the ground outside our front door! I'm calling the health department in the morning, but I would not recommend this complex to any friend of mine.

I agree that Highlands of Preston is a joke!!! I am glad I moved from there!!!! I would not wish anyone the headache of that place!!! GET OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to live there and it sounds like nothing has changed. Managment doesn't care. UDR, the managment company REALLY doesn't care. They only care of making sure thier stockholders make money.
Rennovating the apartments doesn't make a difference. Still a crappy place to live!
GET OUT NOW OR DON'T MOVE THEIR IN THE FIRST PLACE!
