I love the highlands. I recently just took out a month and a half lease due to problems with a roommate, and the Highlands were the only place to do that, just because of the construction. Which was perfect for me. The ffice staff went above and beyond to get me into an apartment in less then a week, very nice people.

The apartments are so big, and cozy. The apartment was nice and clean, the best I have ever moved in to a place. The neighbors were really nice, and everyone congregated to the pool in the afternoons. The pool area and newly remodeled gym are always in impeccable shape as far as I can see.Parking has never been an issue at all, even when I had some friends from college come stay with me, extra spaces were available.

Although the construction guys are ever present, they are beyond corteous and stay out of the way. They never bother me, and are never out too early or too late for noise and things.

I will be sad to leave this place when my lease is up.

I didn't have any, when I moved to Texas I was told that it was a huge problem here!! But at the highlands, no roaches, a couple forager ants (literally 2) and a pincher bug that I thing I brought in my boxes. Beyond that, nothing
