my husband and i with our 2 dogs love it. we havent seen any problems that are out of control. we did however get the cops called on us the day we moved in! we hadnt even been there 8 hours and they were called for us talking on out balcony! so whoever that was sorry! but the leasing staff when asked if they have seen the reviews they said they had and have been working to fix them. and i have seen that! we are so excited that the dog park is finally going up and cant wait to use it! i only hope that the apt place behind us doesnt use it as well. they have way to many dogs! the only problam i have is that there are some new families moved in who dont pick up the dog poop! but the staff or other residents do cuz it is never there more than a day! but over all it is 100 times better living here then in our old apt place! also has anyone else gotten tired of the mormon guys bothering them' we have! and they are finishing the covered parking, we have 3 parking spaces taken up by the materal! so the fact that they are working on it all is good for me.
