I moved into the Highlands of Preston three weeks ago and I am very happy. From the first time that I viewed the apartments until now, I have had pleasant experience after pleasant experience. In the leasing office, Katy and James have been professional and always willing to help. I've had some minor issues with the apartment (needed caulking around sink and new handle to open fire place vent). On both occasions, Daniel and Luis were there the same day. The first time I tried to use my dishwasher, I wasn't aware that I had to flip a switch on the wall. It was right when the office was closing and James came right over to instruct me. Yes, I have noticed that the insullation isn't what it should be and my utility bills will probably be higher than my last place, but everything considered, I am VERY happy living here.

do you work there? because i never lived anywhere that i am never in the office enough times where i actually remember everybody's name, like Cheers or something

No, I do not work there. When people are friendly and provide good service, I go out of my way to remember their names.
