DOG POOP EVERYWHERE

Apparently my neighbors in building 9 have no respect for other Tenants what so ever.
They have their dogs poop on the lawn in front of my apartment(Building 8 North Side). I have left letters a couple times at the office & no action was taken. I have to look at DOG POOP every time I leave & come back to my apartment. VERY UNHYGIENIC!!!! As soon as I manage to take a picture of my neighbors & their dogs practicing their inhumane act I will upload it to my review.
