I have read the other reviews and generally agree with the more positive opinions. The management has been very friendly and the maintenance is super quick and very efficient. The residents are from diverse economic and ethnic groups, and I recently have gotten a few looks as I return from work in the afternoon but ascribe that more to posturing or being cool than anything else. I have had ZERO problems with any neighbors although I have kept pretty much to myself. My building is very quiet and I haven't had any noise problems, but this experience could vary considerably. My advice is to check with managment before moving into a specific unit to make sure there aren't noisy neighbors around your unit. All in all, a good value for the area--considering all the overpriced stucco "luxury" units in the area.
