Highwood Apartments

Overall, a good complex to live in. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The one of the complaints I have about Highwood is the maintenance crew is slow about getting work orders done. I am not sure if this is because the orders are not given to them when called in, or if they are so busy that it takes days for them to get to the problem. The other complaint is that the management knew that I forbid anyone coming into my apartment without my permission, or me being at home. On a few occassions, they let workers in. This was a big issue due to my cat. Otherwise, I have been happy living there. The parking is great, and my building is normally quiet. The management has changed in the last few months and that has made a positive difference as well.
