My husband and I just pu in our application today and after apartment hunting for 3 months, believe me, from at least a prospective resident's view, this is the best bang for the buck. The grounds are gated and seem very well kept. The apartments themselves have just undergone a complete renovation (from cabinets to flooring including appliances) and the windows are double paned (a major plus for anyone who has live in apt's that only have single pane... the elec. bill will be cheaper). The management seemed very helpful and genuine.
