This use to be a nice place to live but now with the new manager it sucks. Her or her team never answer the phone and its so hard to get them to do anything. When Mellisa was manager and made sure Jen worked everything was great. Now we have crapy maintance(which keeps switching now). And the office staff is a JOKE. I would never recommend this place anymore. The upgrades are soooo cheap.

Give them a break....it is hard to start out at a new place and work with new people. I'm sure it will get better. I bet you weren't great at your job the first day you started.

I have been a resident here for 4 years. I have seen managers come and go. It is what happens and it is going to happen anywhere you go. There is not one person who is going to run a property the exact same. I have gotten to know the new manager pretty well. She is very helpful and polite everytime I have had a problem. She calls me back in a timely manner as well. Sounds to me like you are unreasonable. You prob call yelling and screaming in a rude manner. Now tell me would you jump to help someone that is rude? NO! As far as maintenance goes, they are short handed and trying to find someone GOOD! They arent just going to hire anyone and put anyone in the position. It takes some time to find someone that is worth hiring. To anyone reading, I personally love living here. And you should ease up on the new manager. She is a person too and for your info her mother passed away from cancer just two months after getting to Highwood.

Give em a break? You must be joking. I don't pay rent to give them a break. I agree with the previous poster. They need to get their act together. I am sorry her mother died from cancer so did my dad and I went to work then next week and still did my job. She is a joke and the place would be a lot better off if she got axed.
