Service is terrible, and is going downhill further and further each month.

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002
 
Service requests ignored consistently.

Promised a fitness center, still isn't even started.

Too many latchkey kids causing damage, and stealing from the laundry area, complaint made, no action taken.

This complex went from being a nice, well serviced place to one where it is obviously the staff just don't care anymore.
