We have been here for 6 months and have not been able to get anything done. The AC leaks water in the master bath and had done so since we have been here. The bedroom door upstairs does not shut all the way. The water leaks around the facet in the kitchen and the light fixture outside has never been fixed. Spoke to the front office and it is like you are non existent.

Hi, I don't know if you know about certified mail, but find out and try it out. There are ways to get your maintenance requests met or you can get out of your lease legally. GOOD LUCK |

We have very similar problems only ac doesnt leak in tube it soaks the carpet.
