there is a very serious lack of communication in the office at hunters glen. I have known a number of tenants that have had to register a problem in their apartment and then find themselves having to call back and back. This is not because the staffing office is ignoring them, it is because they just really have a problem with following up on service calls. Once they feel that your blood pressure is going up due to their lack of attention the office staff will turn on you. Stand by this is the time the maintance man will show up to correct a problem and then tell you that his has to order the part reguardless of the size at that part, your just stuck with the problem, until the staffing office feels that you have learn your lesson about who really is in control. I recommend that you put every thing in writing, especially maintance request very,important!
