To the person who says that the young lady "with an accent" is rude to your wife every time she calls ... maybe your wife is being rude. If you're talking about Anji, who appears to be Middle-Eastern and has a slight accent, then you must be mistaken (even though she's the only one with an accent in the office). She is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life and is ALWAYS kind and helpful. The older woman, Glenda, does appear off kilter at times but is equally nice. Check your attitude; maybe you are coming across as offensive. You do occassionally have to call back to check on things, but that's often the way the business world works. If you want to be spoiled and want your butt kissed all the time, move to Willow Bend. Otherwise, appreciate the bargain you're getting for the price you're paying.

It is not his wife cause she treats me like I am garbage and if I have a repair order she questions why it happened and that it is not her problem. I am so glad she treats at least one person I have read about or talked to in a nice manner, I really am, it's just my kids safety and health are more important than her opinions. Which this apartment has not been safe for my kids. And it has taken 5 months to repair metal sticking out of my wall that my kids have hurt themselves on! I am leaving as soon as my lease is up, because I don't want to give them anymore of my hard earned money.
