I wrote back in July that I'll see what happens...what happens is the fact that they water the grass/dirt every morning. I mean every morning even when it's 40-50 degrees outside. Most of the spray heads are broken so some areas just flood. The electric bill is more then my parents who live in a 4,000 sq ft home!! The apartments are infested with gecko's i had to kick and bang my door just to get in and out of my apartment. Because of the excess water Hunter's Glen by itself breeds 80% of the mosquitos in collin county. Even at 50 degrees there out. They have no way of monitoring water in each apartment so they charge you 30 dollars in water fees alone. my rent was supposed to be 780. I moved here to save money i have been paying on average 840 a month. God forbid you get that 75 dollar late fee. The front office is not filled with the most helpful of people. Anju is nice just seems to not pay attention to what your saying. the others just take up space. We despise these apartments. My daughters exzema and allegies are better outside then in our own apartment. We had to put tape around out windows to stop the bugs and drafts from coming in, because there are uncauked spaces in the windows. Hey if you like it here by all means stay. I am not trying to stop people from moving here, i just know i won't be staying. And i write the renters insurance for most of the neighbors!
