RUN AWAY! THEY'RE THIEVES!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2007 1 response   Last straw! I've lived here since 1999, and it has progressively gone downhill to a point where I just can't take it anymore. Months of the ceiling falling in, bathroom wall bowing in with tiles falling off, squirrels in the attic, gutters falling off, doors and windows are poor and sometimes don't open or close, because the foundations are so bad, the building will move with the seasons. The A/C is laughable Maintenance FINALLY came to fix the bathroom tile, and they left a trash trail to greet me at the front door when I came home that ran to the bathroom. Both toilet seats were up that are specifically always down, because I don't have a ----- and I do have pets. My tools have been messed up. They lowered the A/C as far as possible, so it was running constantly full blast, because it doesn't cool properly. AND THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW... I had emergency cash in a box well hidden in my living room, and discovered it is gone. I live alone and no one else has a key, so just give me a millisecond to figure out who took it! I AM LIVID!! I immediately started looking online to find a new place and found this chance to offer feedback. If you like to sleep, not walk in dog poo, have hot water, or keep all your stuff, DON'T LIVE HERE!! OH, and they just started to require we have renter's insurance. Is that to cover the stuff they take from me'
