Worst residential management in plano

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I lived there from January 2006 through September 2006. I have never dealt with such a crook management. Not only they did not return my deposit but charge me for future utility bills. I left the apartment in better shape than when I moved in. I will not recommend these apartments to anyone.
