I lived on the second floor and let me tell you it was hotter than hell...literally. The insulation is horrible and during the hot Texas summers, it got up to 85 to 90 degress in the apartment with the air conditioner going full blast. I complained and complained and nothing ever got resolved, so I finally moved. When I did, they tried to say I didn't give notice on time and gave me a $700 bill after I left and I was a great tenet! I am still disputing the bill, but I highly recommend that if you are living there, make copies of your notice and don't trust those crooks for a second. The apartment complex is in such poor shape that they only care about squeezing enough money out of it until they can shut down or rebuild. They don't give a crap about the residents, all they care about is the money. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
