You take it in the end... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Never had any real issues until our lease was up for renewal. Leasing agent tried to convince us that they weren't leasing our apartment out for significantly less than we were paying. Refused to renew our lease at current market rate. Rent was a little high for the space. Spiders! They frequently found a reason to enter the apartments (monthly). Carpet shedding clogged our vacuum. ----, it broke our vacuum. Gym is a bit small. We only noticed occasionally since that is as frequently as we went. Crazy late fees on rent, but we never had that problem. The maintenance tech was nice, and he ran off the solicitors. Newer place everything was nice. Hardwood floors. Small community. Quiet. Yards. Access gates opened quickly. Had poop scoop dispensers.
