I lived in Independence Crossing for 2 years and hated each and every second of the experience.
My ceiling fell on me and no one even cared to come over and fix it. My two cats were hospitalized because when the ceiling fell down, they ingested some of the paint and got sick.
My bathroom had a leak and it took them one week to fix the problem.
The office staff- miserable and mean the entire time. Tried to charge me for the fallen ceiling - then suggested that I get a lawyer because they were going to continue to blame me.
I could go on for hours about the cop cars, the bugs, the noise, the air conditioners that do not work, etc.
Don't move there, it is the worst apartment in the state of PA. The rent is high and the facilities are the worst.
