I have lived here for about a year and a half. Like the others posted, it is not quite as cheap as other plano apartments, but you definitely get what you pay for here! Wood floors on the first floor, small and quiet community, friendly staff. I have never had an issue with the staff, and the maintenance is done promptly.

This is probably one of the best kept secrets in plano.
