Much Better Than The Last Hellhole I Lived In From: topazskyy Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've lived here for two and a half months, and I haven't had any major problems. The leasing staff (Michelle in particular) went above and beyond to close the deal, and their efforts are greatly appreciated. The customer service attitude does seem to decline a little bit once they get you to sign a lease. But compared to what I dealt with in my last apartment in Houston, this experience has been pretty much a walk in the park.
