Really nice place to live

I moved here from California and looked all over for a place to rent.

I finally decided Kia Ora would be my new home.

Its brand new, there were lots of floor plans to choose from and the staff was very nice.

I got a really good deal on a 1 bedroom and the my move from out of State was very smooth, thanks to the staff.

I would totally recommend Kia Ora to anybody that cares about quality and customer service.

These people have got it down pat!
