This place will never fill up at the prices they expect to get for fake floor tile and fake granite countertops. You can find much better throughout Plano for far less! (And throughout the metroplex for that matter.) This is a great place if you like having kids run rampant unsupervised throughout the property after hours and on the weekends. This is a great place if you like easy access - half the time at least one security gate is stuck open. This is a great place if you like your rent going up $200 to $300 every time you renew your lease. If your name is Rockefeller but you have the taste of Jed Clampett then this is the place for you because you can afford to pay too much for too little. Take my advice and shop around. There are a lot of good deals out there and Kia Ora isn't one of them. This is a newer property but they are way too proud of it.
