ok i have lived here about 6 months and we got a pretty good deal. Free washer and dryer and we were the first people to live in our apartment. The rent was suppose to be prorated but they told us it got entered into the computer wrong so now we are paying not what we agreed our monthly payments were suppose to be. They are very bad at keeping track of how much you owe. They send you a bill every month and it never looks right. Make sure, if you move in here, you keep track of how much you have paid each month!
Our apartment is close to the pool and that really sucks. During the winter the noise is not bad but during the summer you can hear everything! There are always unsupervised kids in the pool area. The pool is suppose to be closed at 10pm but it never is. There is always noise. You can call the cop but sometimes he comes and sometimes he doesn't, and no one likes calling the cop every Night.
The complex is well lit. They told me the lights weren't near anyone's windows but I found out they were wrong when we moved in. The light shines directly into our bedroom. I had to buy curtains to keep the lights out, but even that didn't keep out all the light.
There are kids everywhere. And the parents just let them run around. Whites are the minorities around this complex.
Parking can be a problem at times. You have to pay extra for covered parking and they don't assign a parking spot to you. first come first serve.
If you decide to move in please get the look and least deal. And try to get it at a good price. Get an apartment away from the pool and make sure there are no outdoor light shining into your bed room. Also make sure to keep track of your monthly payments. The apartments are nice but there are many other factors that go into finding a nice place to call home.
