I've been a resident of Kia-Ora Park for some time now, and until recently, I wouldn't have hesitated to recommend this community.

I can no longer recommend this community and will be leaving when my lease expires.

The problem isn't really the staff, they're still friendly, they'll tell you what you want to hear and accept your rent with a smile.

The problem is the people they let in.

Over the past few months, the amount of trash floating around, the endless piles of dog s**t, have increased as the quality of resident has decreased. There's no excuse for the trash, it's picked up three times a week!

The dog s**t is another matter. There is only ONE bag and dump container in the entire complex. It's right by the dog park, which is always full of dog s**t. Maybe this is why management haven't bothered to put more posts around, people are too damn trashy and lazy to pick up after their dog. Whatever the reason, the recent notice about fines and evictions clearly doesn't bother trashy people.

Only thing good that this property has is located and where some maintenance employees, all over thisapartments are horrible horrible, also you can find two families living in one apartment and that is really bad Trashy people taking Kia-Ora down very fast
