I checked out quite a few apartments before making my choice.... Kia Ora Park. I looked at all the websites and apartment ratings. What I noticed about this particular website is... in general... it just seems like a free space for people to grip about things that the staff cant control. I recommend you check Kia Ora Park out before you judge the community this site. I looked at many communities before making my choice and I can tell you the staff is amazing. In fact, the manager is the one who leased me my apartment. She spent almost two hours helping me pick out the perfect floor plan for me. Trust me, I can be overbearing with questions and I am a very detailed person. She never lost patience and always kept a smile on her face. I read some reviews about noise... welcome to apartment living! As for trash being left out by neighbors... come on people... why are you blaming the staff... thats plain silly. As far as the quality of the apartment, I think they are stunning. I looked at four different floor plans and they were all very nice, very clean and with a lot of upgrades. I also noticed reviews commenting negatively regarding staff and the manager. After being here for almost three months, I can tell you the staff and Kim offer great service, even after you move in. They are all very nice and helpful. Anyhow, bottom line, I hope my review helps you find a great apartment. Good Luck!
