These may be the poorest quality built apartments in Collin County. If someone is walking softly in the apartment above you'll hear every step. Awful, I have kids above me and the pounding on the ceiling is all day and managemnt does nothing. My light fixtures shake and the noise is deafening.
Very poor quality built and management has allowed the quality of tenants to make this feel like a section 8 housing complex and its only 2 years old. Don't be misled by the cute architecture, this is the same quality living of an apartment you can get for hundreds less a month.

I TOTALLY AGREE VERY POORLY BUILT, IT PUTS YOU IN THE MIND OF A CARD BOARD BOX. WHEN THE WIND BLOWS EVERYTHING RATTLES AND FEEL LIKE THE BUILDING WILL FALL ANY MINUTE NOW. I'M SO GLAD THAT THEY MADE IT MANDATORY TO HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE BECAUSE WE MADE NEED IT. BUT I'M MAKING THE BEST OF IT BECAUSE IT THE MOST ROOMEST CARDBOARD BOX EVER BUILT. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW THEY WILL HANDLE THE RENEWAL LEASE THAT WILL DECIDE IF I SIGN ANOTHER LEASE, SO NOT WORTH MORE MONEY.
