I wanted everyone who looks at this site to know that this is a great apartment community to live in and all the negative junk that people are saying is just not what i have observed for the 9 months i have lived here. The staff is so great and Kathy really takes the cake when it comes to real customer service she is the one who toured me for over and hour. I love the area, my apartment and all the amenities they have. The grounds are keep very clean except for over the weekend in when the guy that picks up trash is off but that is due to the very residents that gripe on this site that put there trash out on a non trash pick up day, They pick up trash for you 3 times a week and also have a compactor if needed for disposol on the non trash pick up days. The maintenance staff is really awesome and all over the place, the pool is cleaned everyday and i see this out my apartment window that overlooks the pool. I have a 12 mo lease and just received my renewal options for another year with another great special so i am renewing and do not plan on ever moving anytime soon as i love it here. I do know of one car had some items taken out of it but they left it unlocked and now that school is out i asume it was most likely kids and no matter where you live that could happen if left unlocked. All i can say is check it out for yourself, go take a tour and see for yourself how they care, when i was looking i returned after hours, i followed a car in through the gates to get a feel for the place after hours they have lots of open parking spaces which was very importment to me and i saw nice cars and decent people walking so i came back 2 days later and leased and have been happy since.I looked at 6 apartments before making my decision and 9 months later i do not regret it one bit. Nice area, great staff, clean nice new apatment community with good amenities. Don't take my word go see for yourself if you are looking for a new apartment i am sure you to will love the staff and apartment floor plans and end up leasing.

With all the respect you deserve, but in my opinion is very low quality the only good of the place is where the property is located, and those working in maintenance. I can't wait to move out............................
