Still loven it at Kia Ora Park!

I moved into the place when it was brand new and i still love it here, i just signed another renewal going on 3 years in August, loc=ve the staff and the residnet functions they throw, they all seem very good at what they do, i do not and have not ever had a bug problme and i am in a 866 square foot one bedroom for an awesome price of $799.00, my renwal offer was keeping me at the same rent which has only gone up $20.00 since i moved in back in 2007.The place does not have crwon molding and deson't need it since they have like 10 feet ceilings.
I love it here and would reommend it it to all.

With all the respect you deserve, but in my opinion is very low quality the only good of the place is where the property is located, and those working in maintenance. I can't wait to move out............................
