This place is the worst. They charge a monthly fee ($10) if you have pet on top of the pet deposit. The staff has been changed several times and none of them are nice. When we moved in they did not even clean our apartment except for the floors. There was hair in the bathroom drawers, a sticky spill in the frig and stains all over the cabinets. They were first having the water bill (which you pay for) dropped off in your mail box, then it changed to getting it on your door, then you don't get it at all...you have to go into the office to find out how much you owe. There are somedays they don't even have the info available and they stick a note on your door later reminding you that you have a past due water bill when it is THEIR fault it is past due. The one bedrooms are small. Two people cannot live in them and feel comfortable. I could go on and on aout how awful this place is but I think I would run out of room. One more thing, the garage thing is nice but as others have stated the washer/dryer are like 20 years old and does not hold very much. It does take like 2 or 3 hours to dry anything. Don't waste your money. The walls are like paper thin as someone else stated. I too can hear my neighbors' close cabinets, turn on water...etc. One last thing about the property, they only can about what it looks like to the viewing public (Spring Creek side and Ohio side)...the rest of the property is not kept up very well. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
