Just Say No.

The management is horrible. They charge a ridiculous $10 a month pet rent fee. What the hell is that' You already pay a large pet deposit when you move in..why should you have to pay more' $10 x 13 month lease means I'm paying an extra $130 on top of the $300 pet deposit. $430 for a pet. What do they think I have, a gorilla or lion' Plus, they screwed me because they say I ddidn't get something in writing when I moved in. Apparently the man I did all the paperwork with before move in was a temp. We were not told about the $10 pet rent before we came in to sign the papers. The guy told me that we wouldn't have to pay since we weren't informed about the fee. Well, I also got a move-in special of $500 that I had taken off my ren each month. Well, since I didn't know about the pet rent being taken out of that money, the money ran out way before the end of the lease. Then the lady has the nerve to tell me I should have gotten something in writing. She is the lead lady and not very nice. Also, the people living above us can be heard easily, so if you enjoy quiet, go elsewhere. The washer/dryer are said to be full-sized, but they have more of a stackable-like capacity. The apartment was left in terrible shape before we moved in. Then it took forever for them to fix the problems. Excuse me for wanting to move into a clean apartment. The grounds towards the front of the complex are kept in much better condition than the area where I live. They want a nice look for the potential renters, but don't care much about the ones already here. This is further proven by the condition of the two pools. The one up front near the office is nice and the hot tub often worked. The one near me was not very neat, and the hot tub never worked. The outdoors lights near me have been broken since I moved in.

On the positive side, the neighborhood is quiet overall, except for the above mentioned thin ceilings where you can hear the above people walking around, using the sink, etc. The garage with each apartment is the best selling point. Well, that's all I can think of for the positives.

Overall, I would pick somewhere else unless you like dealing with shady apartment workers.
