Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I will not renew my lease. I have plumbing problems at least once a month and it takes several days to get repaired. Right after I moved in I couldn't get help through the office so I called the Management Leasing Company-VERY RUDE! Of course, the staff is always eager to receive the rent on time.
