La Costa is not a gorgeous comlex, but it's reasonably priced and the maintenance crew is good. Just be sure your appliances are in god working order. I haven't even ived there for a year, and have had to have my fridge fixed, my disposal replaced, AC repaired and dryer worked on. Management is kinda mean. They talk down to you when you want something done. Overall it's OK, but if you can afford some place else, I would do it.
