I can't wait until our lease expires, because we will not be renewing it....this has been a horrific experience.

Management is only nice to you when you are showing an interest in the complex and when you are signing the lease; after that, forget it!! They are rude, act like they don't know what you're talking about if you have a valid complaint (I guess the property mgmt. company trains them to pretend they're idiots, because they sure act like it...how anyone with any integrity could work at this place, I cannot fathom.) By the way,I concur with the other renters who stated that management had lied to them about one thing or another, as that has also been our experience.

Other specific complaints:
it is very, very noisy (can hear all your immediate neighbors everytime they do anything....you may want to listen them argue, play their tv's really loud, or slam doors...but we don't....oh yes, they tell you to call their "courtesy patrol" if you have any noise problems, but guess what' he doesn't do anything either...if he even responds to your call, he doesn't seem able to accomplish much of anything, totally ineffective)....and, they never fix anything.

You can guess who probably wrote the good reviews...puhleeze!!!!!!
