If you see any ve comments about these apartments, you know who keep on updating them.

It's true that this is a low-income apartment complex. It also had some crime related incident last year.

I landed in these apartments since I didnot know about these and was relocating from other state.

1. The management is very helpful in giving you FREE advices instead of helping you.

2. Maintenance people are excellent! you no need to talk with them. Because
a) they don't speek/understand your language [if you speek English]
b) They do only what is written on the paper, nothing extra, verbatim.

3. There is a lot of space for parking and not much noise
ya! the maangement tells that they are 80% full. But you have to read that the other way.

4. Poor structures and cheap fixtures. But they guarentee to charge you more for the same when you move out!

5. It's a dull complex and they advice you not to walk around after 8 PM !!

You can get a better apartment than this at the same specials they are giving. IF you still want to try out, all the best!!
