I HAVE READ THE LAST PERSONS REPORT AND I WILL SAY THIS BECAUSE I LIVE THERE IN THE SAME FLOOR PLAN AND TIS NOT 780SQFT ITS 737 SQFT. IT MAY BE THAT YOU TAKE HOUR SHOWERS BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM. I DO LIKE LA COSTA AND I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR THREE YEARS AND PLAN ON RENEWING MY CONTRACT.
